School Crisis Management is a concise but rich 2.5 hours of video-based instruction that you can complete at your desk or on your mobile device, and on your own time. Your Instructor

Dr. Mary Schoenfeldt has spent her career in School Safety and Emergency Management. She has responded to high profile communities such as Littleton, Colorado; New Orleans, Louisiana; Haiti; and Newtown, Connecticut. She traveled to the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting and joined a Specialty Team to work with the school and community. Her work earned two awards from the International Association of Emergency Managers, she was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the International Network of Women in Emergency Management, was honored by The International Critical Incident Stress Foundation with a Lifetime Achievement Award and is Board President of the disaster mental health agency Green Cross Academy of Traumatology. Her ability to educate and encourage people to action is reflected in her books, articles and contributions to publications for the Federal Emergency Management Agency and U.S. Department of Education.
